Anil Khanal, recipient of our Rising Star Award for 2023, is an accomplished finance analyst with a Master’s in Business Analytics from the Texas Tech University System and over 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Originally from Nepal and educated in Norway. He brings a global perspective and has developed a robust career across diverse financial environments, not to mention Asia’s FMCGs industries to United States’s Real Estate Industries. As Sr. Financial Analyst for 180 Properties Co., Anil drives financial strategy and fosters sustainable growth. His expertise lies in financial analysis, budgeting, auditing, and strategic planning, underpinned by a bachelor’s degree in finance obtained in 2010. Anil is currently pursuing his CRE Finance Specialist certification, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development, and staying abreast of industry trends. Additionally, he is an active member of various nonprofit organizations, including the Financial Management Association (Past President), Delta Sigma Pi (Past President), Eternal Life Church, and International Student Organizations. He actively volunteers with local churches and clubs, focusing on leadership development and professional empowerment.
